I'm still around!

Wow, it's been awhile since I've posted and I'm sorry about that! I really have been creating I just haven't been updating (shame on me!) and there is one card I can't share yet because I'm participating in a Spring/Easter swap on the PTI forum and I have to make sure Ted gets it first before I share.

I also decided to open an Etsy store after talking to my mother-in-law since she is convinced people would actually buy what I create. I don't have high hopes and my prices are low, I don't expect to make a fortune off of selling what I make but it'd be nice to have some extra money to go towards my month PTI purchases. If you'd like to check it out you can click here.

Here's one of the cards I made today, it is available in my Etsy shop as most of the things I make will be.

Happily Ever Challenged

I am so excited to finally get to take part in one of Ted's challenges! For his fourth edition of Happily Ever Challenged we are to make an Easter card and incorporate the word craft in it anyhow we'd like. I've incorporated craft the following way: C - colored pencils, R - red, A - aqua mist, F - fresh snow, T - teal. I'd love to hear what you think! As a side note, I don't know if you can tell by the pictures but there are two score lines underneath the Easter Wishes stamp.

Stamp: Bunny Boy (Karen's Doodles), Mega Mixed Messages
Ink: Fresh Snow

Poppy Seed Challenge

I participated in Lisa Johnson's first ever Poppy Seed Challenge and am pretty satisfied with how it turned out. We had to use a flower stamp, light yellow, and crystals or rhinestones. I'm building up my stash of cards and am planning on sending this out to my best friend for her birthday. I'd love to know what you think!
