I think it's only fitting that my first blog post be my entry into Dawn McVey's color challenge considering I have stalked her blog for the past year and love her style. I've never participated in any challenges before and I've never uploaded my cards before either but it's a new year and I want to start doing things I haven't done before. I do want to say though, that I've only been card making for about 6 months so I am definitely still learning but I would love your feedback whether it's good or bad. Thanks so much for stopping by!
Supplies all PTI unless otherwise noted.
Paper: Dark Chocolate, Aqua Mist, Lemon Tart, Cream (from my stash), Aqua Mist bitty dot
Stamp: Mega Mixed Messages
Ink: Versamark
Other: My Time Made Easy Pretty Pieces (butterfly), Cricut

Great card Mandy, I'm loving all things butterflies at the moment, love how you've framed yours in the Dark Chocolate circle, almost like a real preserved butterfly!
ReplyDeleteMandy, I love this card and the butterfly! I love that you kept it plain and didn't adorn it.
ReplyDeleteI read on Rhonda's blog that you didn't have orange cardstock. Like your husband, I'm a Dolphin fan. Not sure if you have any SU paper, but Cameo Coral works well... :)
Hope you can play along!
