It has been a very long time since I have posted anything on here and I have a very good reason for it. I got pregnant with our second child and completely stopped crafting for over a year and a half. I even thought about just stopping all together and selling all of my supplies that I once loved so much. During my pregnancy and after my son's birth I just had no motivation whatsoever to sit down and do anything crafty. I am so glad to be out of that slump! Over the past couple of months I have had overwhelming desire to get back to doing what I love so I had to go out to my garage (huge mess!) and find all of my stamps, paper, ink, etc. I have three cards that I'd like to share with you that I have made over the last couple of weeks. I would absolutely love to hear what you guys think about what I've made, I am always up for constructive criticism, especially since it has been so long. Thank you so much for taking the time to look and comment!
My first card is a birthday card for my mom, her birthday isn't until May 23rd but I wanted to make sure I had something made so I can get it off in the mail to be there for her birthday. It's hard to tell in the picture (I took the pictures at 10:00 pm) but the Lemon Tart layer has polka dots stamped on it and the Smokey Shadow layers behind the flowers are impressed with the Giga Guidelines Impression Plate.
The second card is a Mother's Day card for my Mother-in-Law, I'm not quite sure about how I feel so I may decide to make a different one.
Supplies all PTI (unless noted):
Cardstock: Smokey Shadow, Spring Moss
Stamps: Fillable Frames #4, Fanciful Flourishes (MTME)
Ink: Fresh Snow, Plum Pudding, Versamark
Other: Plum Pudding grosgrain ribbon, Flutters and Flowers Pretty Pieces Cut File (MTME), Threading Water border punch (Fiskars)
My last card is a Mother's Day card for my mom, I really like how this one turned out.
Supplies all PTI:
Cardstock: Stamper's Select White
Stamps: Fillable Frames #4
Ink: Berry Sorbet
Other: Giga Guidelines Impression Plate, Pink Patterns patterned paper pack, butterfly die
Thanks so much for stopping by!
